How to Delete Your Account
To proceed with account deletion, please send an email to our support team from the email address registered to your account.

Please include your full name, registered phone number, and a brief statement confirming you want all your data deleted.
What happens next?
- Your account will be temporarily frozen for security purposes.
- Within 7-14 business days, all personal data, photos, and KYC documents will be permanently erased.
- Note: Certain historical transaction data may be retained securely for legal, tax, and anti-fraud compliance as required by Indonesian law.
